Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell is practicing with the team on Wednesday according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. Bell bruised his ribs against the Cleveland Browns in Week 6 and had to leave the game.
Joique Bell practices Wednesday, should get his touches behind Reggie Bush in Week 7
Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell was at practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

It’s unclear if Bell will officially be listed as a limited participant on Wednesday, but it seems safe to suggest that it’s a minor injury at this point. Wednesday practices aren’t nearly as important as Thursday or Friday, so they wouldn’t rush Bell back into the fold if he weren’t healthy.
Bell has been solid in relief of starter Reggie Bush this season. He has 53 carries for 177 yards and three touchdowns, and has caught 23 passes for 245 yards on top of that. Given that Bush is considered injury-prone Bell is one of the more desirable fantasy football handcuffs out there.
Fantasy Impact: Bell isn’t taking the starting job from Bush or anything like that, but he gets his touches, around 10 per game. Bell, as stated above, is one of the more desirable fantasy handcuffs, so his injury news is always significant. He seems good to go for Week 7 at this point, unless he suffers some setbacks.
