Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon did not practice on Wednesday due to groin and hamstring issues. He is expected to play on Sunday.
Justin Blackmon injury update: Doesn’t practice Wednesday, still fine for fantasy owners
The Jags leading receiver went off on Sunday, but was out of practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Even though he didn't score on Sunday, the second-year receiver went crazy against the Broncos. He was targeted a whopping 20 times, catching 14 of those balls for 190 yards. He had five catches for 136 yards and a score in his first game of the season in Week 5 against the Rams. Furthermore, he was targeted at least 11 times in each of his last four games last season.
Cecil Shorts is also banged up, but is expected to play against the Chargers.
Fantasy impact: Sure, some of Blackmon's stats were in garbage time, but he was already on his way to a big day in the first half. He has shown he can get open with the best of them and he's quickly becoming Chad Henne's go-to guy. Plus, Blaine Gabbert could be out for a while and Blackmon won't have to worry about the inferior talent running the show. He should be considered a high-end WR2 this week.
