New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs is a doubtful to play against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night Football in Week 7.
Brandon Jacobs injury: Giants RB ‘doubtful’ to play for fantasy owners against Vikings
Another Giants running back has gone down with an injury.

Jacobs, who is dealing with a hamstring injury, was listed as questionable on the team’s injury report this week. But Fox Sports is reporting that Jacobs is doubtful for Monday’s game and probably will not play.
Fantasy spin: The Giants have had no luck with running back injuries this season. Andre Brown and David Wilson already went down with injuries, and now Jacobs could miss a game as well. Michael Cox and Peyton Hillis are the two running backs that will see the majority of the work in Jacobs' absence tonight.
For those Jacobs owners desperate for a replacement, Hillis and Cox are worth a flier. Picking between the two is nothing more than guesswork, but considering Hillis was just signed, Cox may be the safer bet.
