Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray participated in team practice on Wednesday, according to Rowan Kavner of the team website. Murray is dealing with a knee injury that kept him out of the past two games, including a narrow 31-30 defeat at the hands of the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
DeMarco Murray practices, should play for fantasy owners in Week 9
Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray practiced with the team on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Murray practiced in the lead-up to the game against the Lions, albeit in a limited fashion. He did say before the game that he expected to play, and recently, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he thought Murray could have played, according to ESPN.
Murray is the starter, and has been solid thus far this season. He’s carried the ball 91 times for 428 yards with three touchdowns, and has added 24 receptions for 164 yards and a touchdown through the air. His production was slowing in recent weeks, but he should pick things up when he returns to 100 percent health.
Fantasy Impact: Murray isn’t the top running back option in fantasy football, but he remains an attractive RB2 option for fantasy owners. Seeing as how he was so close to playing against the Lions, fantasy owners should be looking to start him in Week 9, unless their hear otherwise on Thursday or Friday.
