New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs (knee, hamstring) will not practice with the team on Wednesday, according to a report by Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News. Jacobs sat out the team's Week 10 game against the Raiders.
Brandon Jacobs to miss practice Wednesday, fantasy value won’t change much either way
The Giants running back won’t practice with the team on Wednesday due to knee and hamstring issues. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: coach Tom Coughlin did say on Wednesday that he expects Jacobs to practice on Thursday. Whether he does or does not, Jacobs is not really a fantasy option anymore, even in deeper leagues.
That's because teammate Andre Brown (broken leg) returned to the field in Week 11 and carried the ball 30 times, rushed for over 100 yards and scored a touchdown against the Oakland Raiders.
It looks like after a tumultuous season in the backfield, coach Coughlin wants to go with the only proven commodity he has and that's Brown. David Wilson (neck) likely won't come back until the end of the season if at all and Coughlin doesn't seem to trust him much anyway. Jacobs and Peyton Hillis on the other hand, weren't even on the team to start the season.
Fantasy owners who happen to own Jacobs even in deeper leagues are advised to drop him and move on.
