Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick probably could have played on Sunday against the Washington Redskins. At least, Chip Kelly said as much in a press conference, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Michael Vick could have played in Week 11; fantasy value hits rock bottom
The Eagles are Nick Foles’ team now.

Vick, who has been dealing with a hamstring injury, appears to have been passed on the depth chart by Nick Foles. Foles has been outstanding in Vick's absence, and even when the veteran is fully healthy, Foles should remain the starting quarterback.
Fantasy spin: Vick, who was a fantasy football star early in the season, has faded due to injuries and Foles’ great play. Now the veteran is not even worth rostering going forward. He may have played his last snap with the Eagles at this point.
Fantasy owners holding out hope for Vick to return to his starting role are probably a bit too optimistic. His run was fun while it lasted.
