The Minnesota Vikings are finally starting to get the ball to 2013 first-round pick Cordarrelle Patterson.
Cordarrelle Patterson sees increase in targets, boost in fantasy football value in Week 12
Patterson is finally making his mark in his rookie season.

Patterson started the team's Week 12 game against the Green Bay Packers and caught eight passes on 11 targets. He managed only 54 yards since he's still doing most of his work on short passes, but the additional playing time is a good sign moving forward. He has 20 targets in the Vikings' last two games.
Fantasy spin: Patterson was one of the most talented offensive playmakers in the 2013 NFL Draft. He can generate yardage after the catch, so simply getting the ball in his hands is enough to give him fantasy football value.
Until the Vikings improve their quarterback situation, Patterson will be limited. Still, the more experience he gets as a rookie, the better off he will be in 2013 when things start to improve around him.
