Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed participated in practice on Wednesday, according to Grant Paulsen of 106.7 The Fan. Reed is recovering from a concussion, and while he was there for the media portion of practice, it's unclear if he'll take part in more strenuous team activities later in the day.
Jordan Reed practices Wednesday, has fantasy value for Week 13
Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed was at practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

It wouldn't be surprising if Reed goes down as a limited participant in practice when it's all said and done, but his participation is significant, regardless. Reed missed the team's Week 12 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers due to his concussion, as he failed to pass the required tests.
Reed has at least been cleared for football activity and contact at this point. There are multiple tests each week, including a final test on Saturdays before the game. He’ll need to pass that one to be able to play, but practicing on Wednesday is a good start.
Fantasy Impact: Reed has been solid this season, with 45 receptions for 499 yards and three touchdowns. He's not a must-start by any means, but he's getting there. It seems likely he'll pass the required tests and be active against the rival New York Giants in Week 13, and he's a strong option for that game. New York has a solid pass defense, but Reed is definitely a good option for deeper leagues.
