We break down the Week 13 matchup between the Oakland Raiders and the Dallas Cowboys that features two teams looking to regain consistency.

Running back Darren McFadden (hamstring) is listed as probable for the game against the Cowboys. That's good news for his fantasy owners, but not as good as you might have hoped. Teammate Rashad Jennings is leading the NFL in rushing over the last month. Since he's playing the best football of his career right now, McFadden will only be used to relieve Jennings according to coach Dennis Allen.
Allen is obviously not afraid to stick to his guns at the quarterback position, either, leaving familiar names on the bench. Matt McGloin will start over Terrelle Pryor again. It's obvious that Allen feels McGloin gives the team the best possible chance to win. The rookie threw for a career-high 260 yards against the Tennessee Titans last week. That said, he's a gamble in fantasy leagues with an NFL resume that spans just three appearances so far.
Quarterback Tony Romo isn't exactly known for playing his best football in the month of November. Perhaps it's the cold weather. Whatever the case, he'll look to build on a win against the New York Giants and keep the Cowboys near the top of their division by topping the Raiders in Week 13. Romo completed 23 passes for 234 yards and a touchdown last week. It wasn't his best game of the season, but he got his completion percentage back over 60 percent and led his team to victory.
Romo was helped by the fact that running back DeMarco Murray averaged 6.1 yards per carry on the ground against the Giants. He finished with 14 carries for 86 yards. The Cowboys as a team, though, seem to be content with throwing the ball down the field. That limits Murray's fantasy value. He's only carried the ball more than 20 times in a game twice this season and he isn't a guarantee to catch a lot of passes out of the backfield either. Murray has cracked the 100-yard rushing plateau just once in nine games so far this season.
