Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson hasn't been especially effective in recent weeks. He has been held to under 60 yards in two of his last three outings. That could be blamed on the fact that the team has had Scott Tolzien under center for those games, due to Aaron Rodgers missing time with a collarbone injury.
Fantasy football sit/start advice, Week 13: Jordy Nelson
We take a look at whether or not you should start Jordy Nelson in Week 13.

It hasn't all been bad for Nelson, as he managed to catch eight passes for 117 yards against the New York Giants in Week 11. That said, he hasn't caught a touchdown pass in his last four games, not since he had seven receptions for 123 yards and a pair of scores against the Minnesota Vikings on Oct. 27.
While the Packers improved when Matt Flynn took over in Week 12, Nelson wasn't the primary beneficiary. He'll be without Rodgers again on Thursday when the Packers take on the Detroit Lions.
Fantasy Sit/Start: Nelson has been very effective overall this season, with 61 receptions for 947 yards and seven touchdowns. However, he’s been a lot less visible with Rodgers not in the lineup. Flynn seems to offer a better chance than Tolzien did, and he’s been preparing as the starter all week, though. On top of that, Nelson faces a desirable fantasy matchup with the Lions, who have the No. 28 pass defense in the NFL this season. Nelson is a start, though he’s not a sure-thing. He’s just too talented to bench in this matchup.
