Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford had another up-and-down performance in Thursday's Thanksgiving bout with the Green Bay Packers. He completed 22 of 35 passes for 330 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions as the Lions destroyed the Packers, 40-10.
Matthew Stafford delivers fine fantasy performance despite turnovers
Stafford had another multi-interception day, but he still had good numbers in a blowout win. We break down the fantasy implications.

Stafford's gunslinger mentality was both a blessing and a curse for the Lions. He guided Detroit to long, sustaining drives, but his turnovers were head-scratching. One of them wasn't totally his fault, as Calvin Johnson lost an end zone jump ball to Sam Shields, but Stafford has now thrown 10 picks over the last five games. For the most part, his mistakes didn't matter as Green Bay's defense had no answer for the Lions' offensive assault.
Fantasy impact: It was a typical Stafford performance, with all the positives and negatives that come with it. The turnovers remain a concern, but at this point that's just Stafford's playing style, and it pays off more often than not. He's still the key cog that keeps Detroit's offense rolling. Stafford remains a QB1 in fantasy and has a dream matchup against the Eagles defense in Week 14. Start him as you normally would.
