Hilton sustained the shoulder injury in the first half against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12. Hilton went down early in the game and a cart was brought out onto the field, but he did return just a few plays later. That likely means the injury isn't as serious as initially feared.
That said, he’s been limited here and there at practice this week. Still, it sounds like he’ll be available and starting against the Titans.
Fantasy Impact: Hilton has caught 51 passes for 745 yards and five touchdowns on the season. He's on pace to eclipse his rookie season, in which he had 861 yards and seven touchdowns. Hilton is the Colts' leading receiver since Reggie Wayne was lost for the season, and the offense is definitely worse without him. He should start, though.
