Houston Texans quarterback Case Keenum looked like he was on his way to a dominant fantasy football performance in the first half of the team's Week 9 game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football.
Case Keenum piles up fantasy football points in Texans Week 9 loss to Colts
Keenum started off hot, cooled down but still finished with outstanding numbers.

He threw for three touchdowns in the first half, all to Andre Johnson, and the Texans had a 21-3 lead at halftime. Unfortunately for Keenum, he was shut out in the second half, though he still managed to finish with 350 yards and three touchdowns without a single turnover. The second half let down allowed the Colts to come back and win the game by a field goal.
Fantasy spin: At the very least, Keenum’s performance assures fantasy owners that the Houston Texans’ passing offense will remain efficient with Keenum under center. Keenum himself may end up being a decent fantasy football quarterback as well with the right matchup.
He’s worth adding at this point in hopes that the first half is more of what you’ll get from Keenum. He’s now played well in his first two starts.
