Green Bay Packers running back James Starks has been a forgotten man for much of the 2013 season with rookie Eddie Lacy bulldozing his way to a potential Offensive Rookie of the Year award.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: James Starks
Starks is only an option for the most desperate of owners.

Starks has just 244 yards and two touchdowns this season, but he has battled some injuries as well. Lucky for Starks and the Packers, the Chicago Bears, their Week 9 opponent, have given up the most fantasy points to running backs in the last five weeks.
Fantasy advice: Starks shouldn’t be in your starting lineup unless you are desperate. In that case, Starks is a decent swing-for-the-fences option. The Packers should be up early and figure to focus on the running game while playing with a lead. That and a desire to keep Lacy fresh could mean a few carries for Starks.
Don’t expect a ton from Starks, but outside of the obvious stud running backs in this game, he is most worthy of a flier.
