Jordan Reed couldn’t get much going last week against the San Diego Chargers, but he was a main target for Robert Griffin III once again in Week 10. The rookie tight end hauled in six passes for 62 yards and a touchdown on Thursday night against the Minnesota Vikings.
Jordan Reed continues to impress fantasy owners in Week 10
Week 9 was rather mediocre for the Redskins top tight end, but he bounced back for an impressive line in Week 10. We break down the fantasy implications.

Reed was targeted nine times by RG3, finishing second only to Pierre Garcon. He nearly came down with a second touchdown in the final minutes of the game, but he couldn’t come down with a pass that was a bit high for him right near the end zone.
Fantasy impact: It’s another impressive outing in a string of great games for the rookie. Reed only went for 37 yards in Week 9, but he’s been a consistent factor in Washington’s passing game since its bye week. He’s locked in as the starter, in case there were still any questions about his status.
Consider Reed a TE1 for next week’s matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. Tight end is not a deep position in 2013, and Reed was a good find for those owners who picked him up while he was heating up.
