The Colts are a mess on offense and they've been hit or miss all season. They are the only team to hand losses to the Denver Broncos and as well as the Seattle Seahawks, but they've taken two ugly 40-11 and 38-8 losses over the past three weeks to the Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams, respectively.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 13: Andrew Luck should rebound
What’s wrong with the Colts? Should fantasy owners feel comfortable starting Andrew Luck?

Quarterback Andrew Luck was horrible in his last game at Arizona, completing only 20 of his 39 passes for 163 yards and one score. He also has just two TDs combined over his last three games.
Fantasy impact: He gets the Titans this week, a team the Colts put up 30 points against back in Week 11. He didn't get any passing TDs, but added a rushing score in the comeback win. The Colts will be at home and should be able to move the ball against a Titans defense with some holes in it. He's a low-end QB1 this week and carries some risk, but there is a lot of upside for a team that really needs a big win.
