Fantasy Impact: Jackson caught three passes for 70 yards including his sixth touchdown of the season last week. He’s a top-notch receiver no doubt but he’s been pretty boom or bust this year.
Much of that can be attributed to the fact that he's on a young, inconsistent team with a rookie in Mike Glennon at quarterback.
Given that he did play last week, fantasy owners should lean toward the idea that Jackson will start against the 49ers in Week 15.
That said, a game against the 49ers isn’t exactly what the doctor ordered for fantasy owners hoping to count on Jackson as a means of helping them get into the next round of the playoffs. It’s hard to sit a guy like Jackson, but Week 15 may be one of those times you should do exactly that.
