Cleveland Browns quarterback Jason Campbell has been cleared for activity but hasn't yet been cleared for practice, according to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon-Journal.
Jason Campbell not cleared for practice; Alex Tanney could start Week 14 for Browns
The Browns quarterback situation could get even worse in Week 14.

Campbell, who suffered a concussion in Week 12, needs to be cleared for practice by Wednesday to have a realistic shot at playing in Week 14. Since Brandon Weeden also suffered a concussion in Week 13, Alex Tanney would be the next man up for the Browns at quarterback.
Fantasy spin: None of the Browns’ quarterbacks are worth considering at all for fantasy football purposes. If Cleveland has to play Tanney, Josh Gordon’s fantasy value could take a hit. He has been able to produce despite Cleveland’s lack of talent at quarterback, but Tanney would be yet another drop off.
Also, New England's defense will be a must-start against the Browns if Tanney is in the lineup in Week 14. The Patriots will feast on the Browns' offense.
