He sustained the injury in Week 14 against the Houston Texans and has not missed time with the injury at this point. Jacksonville will take on the Indianapolis Colts, a team fighting for playoff seeding.
Fantasy Impact: Jones-Drew has had a poor season, but he wants to continue playing and he might be looking to show he still has it with an uncertain future. Going on the tape thus far, he’s not been great. Fantasy owners would be best-served finding a more reliable option, but at this stage in the game, that might not be possible.
So for what it’s worth: Jones-Drew should play and should start on Sunday. Start him with confidence in that vein.
