Joique Bell injury update: RB probable, will play for fantasy owners
The Lions running back is probable and will suit up in Week 17. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Bell will be in line for his usual back up role behind starter Reggie Bush. Bell has arguable been one of the best back up fantasy backs and has eight touchdowns on the season. With Bush healthy, his role will likely be relegated to under 10 carries which puts a major strain on his value. However, he’s still a decent bet to find pay dirt. Bush also found himself in the doghouse after fumbling last week which opened the door for Bell to get more work and finished the day with 20 carries for 91 yards, one touchdown and caught 10 balls for another 63 yards.
Bell has a juicy match up in the Vikings run defense that has given up big plays all year. With Bush in the mix, owners shouldn’t realistically expect more than 10-12 carries. However, Bell has proven that he can still produce in the role. He’s a solid flex play.
