Ben Tate rushed for 54 yards on 14 carries in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He made little impact in the receiving game, catching two passes for three yards on four carries on Thursday night.
Ben Tate lets down fantasy owners once again in Week 14
After a huge Week 13, Ben Tate failed to live up to his hype against the Jaguars. We break down the fantasy implications.

Tate was coming off a 100-yard, three-touchdown game against the New England Patriots. The Houston Texans didn’t give him as many carries this time around as they fell behind early and struggled to find any kind of consistency in their offense.
Fantasy impact: Most owners likely benched Tate after he rushed for a single yard in Week 12. Most owners likely started him after his monster game last week. That’s just the way fantasy goes.
Tate has a great matchup in Week 15 against the No. 28 run defense in the league. His last game against the Indianapolis Colts produced 81 rushing yards. Even playing on a terrible team, Tate remains in the RB2 range.
