Fantasy impact: Amendola has missed time this year due to injury, something that is an all too common theme. He a strong Week 1 performance, but injuries have left him wildly inconsistent. Even when he's been in the lineup, he's been limited to mostly average performances. That's because Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski needed to get their share of looks down the middle of the field as well.
In that regard, Amendola’s value has just gone up. Gronkowski was carted off the field against the Browns and with only three games left in the fantasy season, a return at least looks unlikely. Fantasy owners should consider starting Amendola moving toward Week 15.
