The Colts and Bengals are two of the most talked about teams in the NFL. Both have young quarterbacks and both are expected to see their offenses make some strides. The Colts have scored at least 20 points in each of their preseason games and have looked good doing it. As for the Bengals, they've turned some heads in HBO's Hard Knocks and scoring 34, 27 and 18 points in their three preseason games. Here are some things that are worth discussing:
Colts vs. Bengals preseason 2013: Fantasy football draft preview
The Colts and Bengals will put the finishing touches on their preseasons on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Can Giovani Bernard supplant BenJarvus Green-Ellis? He's obviously more talented that BJGE and there's just a feeling that it's only a matter of time. Gio is one of the quickest players in space and it's the main reason why he was the first back taken in the 2013 NFL Draft.
One thing to watch for is how Bernard does in pass protection. The team added another skill-position guy in Tyler Eifert from Notre Dame, so they're likely going to be more of a passing team. If GB can do a good job in protection, then it should shorten the amount of time it takes for him to get more looks than his older backfield partner.
Who else can contribute at receiver for the Bengals? It was expected to be Mohamed Sanu in his second year out of Rutgers, and while he hasn't done anything to big, he's still long way ahead of Marvin Jones. Sanu isn't really worth draft and Jones may have more value since he's take over as the primary option should A.J. Green miss time.
How's A.J. Green doing? He's expected to be fine for the opener and is back to doing team drills. He sprained his knee in training camp and all the tests were negative. The injury was played on HBO's Hard Knocks and it was fairly scary, so it's nice to see he's good to go. He won't make it past 16 in just about any draft and is in the running for the second-best option along with Dez Bryant and Brandon Marshall.
Can T.Y Hilton become a star? Few players have seen their value rise like Hilton this preseason. He’s been a tremendous field stretch and scored in all three preseason games so far. What’s more, it’s easy to forget he caught eight balls in the Wild Card game last year, so the signs were showing up last year. His ADP is rising and it’s near the sixth round, so he’s going to cost a pretty penny. If you can get him in the seventh, you’re giving yourself plenty of room for upside
Is Darrius Heyward-Bey going to start? The Colts are saying they have a plan for DHB as the starter, but it could just be smoke and mirrors. Although, he’s still a decent player to take a chance on late in drafts just in case the team isn’t bluffing. He’s not going to get many red-zone targets and is nothing more than a late-round flier.
