NFL Network's Albert Breer reported on NFL Gameday Morning that the Packers would like to give running back Eddie Lacy 20-25 carries against the Redskins on Sunday.
Packers coaches ‘would like’ Eddie Lacy to get 20-25 touches vs. Redskins
The Packers would like to get their rookie running back more involved on offense, but will need to control the clock better in order to do so. We break down the fantasy implications.

Lacy carried the ball 14 times in his NFL debut against a stout 49ers defense, averaging 2.9 yards per carry. He also caught two passes for one yard, although the Packers were dominated in time of possession by nearly a two-to-one ratio, so his opportunities were hindered.
Fantasy Spin: The Packers should not have as many issues dictating the pace this week against a Redskins defense that allowed 77 offensive plays a week ago against the Eagles and struggled to get off the field for most of the game. Should that be the case once again, Lacy could not only get his opportunities, but cash-in facing a team that gave up 263 yards on the ground in Week 1. Lacy is a steady RB2 option this week and a good bet to find the end zone.
