Greene missed all of this week's practices with the ailment, and could be out for future games as well. Jackie Battle, who had eight carries in the Titans' opener, will take over as the situational short-yardage back for the Titans in Greene's absence.
Fantasy Spin: Greene was never worth a start in your run-of-the-mill fantasy formats, and his counterpart Chris Johnson won’t see a chance in his fantasy value. Johnson remains the workhorse in the Titans backfield, and Jackie Battle will spell him in what will likely be another run-heavy game plan despite a stout Texans front-seven. Safely plug Johnson into the lineup as a RB2, and despite the difficult matchup, he’s still a threat to take one to the house for a long score. A better alternative to Greene can likely be found on the waiver wire.
