Trent Richardson ran for 58 yards on 18 carries and caught five passes for 21 yards in the team's 14-6 loss to the Ravens.
Trent Richardson rushes for 58 yards to the dismay of fantasy owners
The Browns feature-back was dealt another tough week in fantasy, but still managed double-digit points in PPR leagues. We break down the fantasy implications.

Richardson did not have much room to run against a defense that dared Brandon Weeden to throw the ball for much of the game, but he looked impressive under the circumstances. Richardson routinely pushed the pile and made defenders miss, but his longest carry went for just nine yards versus a revamped Ravens front seven.
Fantasy Spin: Fantasy owners are still waiting for the breakout performance that warranted Richardson’s late-first round average draft position. After the Browns ran the ball for just 13 times in the team’s opener, Richardson touched the ball 23 times in a closely-contested game. It will be a recurring theme for defenses to take Richardson away from the Browns’ game plan this season, but he has the talent to overcome difficult matchups. Owners should remain patient, and feel encouraged that he posted double-digit PPR points in a game where nothing went the Browns way offensively.
