Jets receiver Stephen Hill has paved the way for the Jets offense, catching three passes for 108 yards and a touchdown at halftime.
Stephen Hill explodes for 108 yards and a touchdown in first half vs. Bills to make fantasy owners happy
Jets speedster Stephen Hill broke-out in a big way with over 100 yards receiving and a touchdown in just one half versus the Bills. We break down the fantasy implications.

Quarterback Geno Smith is quickly finding a favorite target this season, and after a Hill’s huge first half versus the Bills, it’s not hard to see why. Hill’s receptions included gains of 45 and 51 yards, with the latter going for a touchdown. The Jets were able to take a 17-6 lead into the locker room, and Hill bears much of that responsibility.
Fantasy Spin: With 4.3 speed and a 6-foot-4-inch frame, Hill possesses a rare combination of size and speed that had scouts raving at the time of his draft. First-halves like the one Hill logged versus the Bills are what the Jets had in mind when they pulled the trigger on him in 2012, and this is the type of payout he can give on his better days. Hill is still far from an unfinished product, but moments like this are not surprising. He’s a player to monitor going forward, but he still has much to prove in order to cement his fantasy relevance.
