Redskins receiver Pierre Garcon reeled-in eight catches for 73 yards in the team's 27-20 loss to the Lions.
Pierre Garcon logs 73 yards, continues to thrive in fantasy PPR leagues
The Redskins top receiving weapon lived up to his status on Sunday, leading the team in both targets, catches and yards. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Redskins made every effort to make Robert Griffin III comfortable, and there was no better way to do that than to involve Garcon early and often. Garcon led the team with 13 targets, often capitalizing off of short passes and screens, but moved the chains effectively for the Redskins offense. Garcon also had one carry for 10 yards.
Fantasy Spin: Though his quarterback continues to make strides to get back into the swing of things, Garcon has had no rust at all to shake off, showing explosiveness and reliability each week. He is the top target for the Redskins for good reason, and he has now caught at least seven passes in each of the team's first three games. With the Oakland Raiders up next, Garcon remains a solid WR2 with WR1 upside and should be in line for another solid day, especially in PPR leagues.
