After missing Week 3 due to a hip flexor strain, Ray Rice is listed as active for the Ravens' matchup with the Bills. Rice was questionable throughout the week, but Adam Schefter reported early Sunday morning that he was expected to play barring a setback in warm-ups.
Ray Rice active, value up with good fantasy matchup
The Ravens get Ray Rice back into the lineup for Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

Early practice reports indicated Rice would be a game-time decision. Baltimore’s No. 1 running back appears to be in better shape, though, as he’s ready to go for Week 4.
Fantasy impact: Owners have to be pleased with Rice’s recovery after injuring his hip. It was believed that he would miss two weeks, but the strain didn’t hold him back for long. It’s understandable to question Rice’s workload after returning from a week off, though.
The Ravens might use Bernard Pierce in a partial timeshare, simply to ensure Rice is 100 percent and doesn't overdo it. However, you should be starting Rice in every league. The Bills are ranked No. 30 in the NFL in run defense, allowing 155 yards per game through three games. Bilal Powell rushed for 149 yards last week. How can you not be excited to see what Rice can do against this unit?
