The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are having plenty of issues lately, but they will at least have Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams ready to play against the Cardinals. Both wide receivers are active for Week 4.
Vincent Jackson, Mike Williams active for fantasy owners in Week 4
Tampa Bay has both of its starting receivers on the roster. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson made an early exit last week against the Patriots after suffering the rib injury. He played in 42 of 71 offensive snaps, and he only practice Friday on a limited basis. Williams has been dealing with a hamstring injury.
Fantasy impact: Even worse for the two wideouts, rookie quarterback Mike Glennon makes his first start for Tampa today. Jackson’s status doesn’t appear to be promising. There were reports discussing the veteran receiver sitting out Week 4 to rest going into a bye week. Assuming Patrick Peterson covers him, this isn’t shaping up to be a good day for Jackson.
Williams returned to Week 3’s game after sitting out a few snaps. He isn’t 100 percent, so owners should be concerned with his potential as well. The fact that both receivers only practiced Friday is a problem, considering they haven’t had much time to develop a rapport with Glennon. It might be a good decision to find other options for Week 4.
