Logan Paulsen will get the start at tight end. After failing to record a catch in Week 1, Paulsen has six receptions for 64 yards over the past two games.
Fantasy impact: Times are tough for Redskins tight ends. Reed made an early exit last week against the Lions after suffering a quad contusion. He didn’t practice much this week, and his injury is bad enough to put his playing time in Jeopardy. Reed started to look like a promising target for Robert Griffin III before he went down.
Davis has been nursing an ankle injury that kept him out of last week’s game. It doesn’t appear to be the dreaded high ankle sprain, but he too won’t be healthy enough to go. Paulsen is typically used as a blocker, but he’s forced to step up his receiving game with these two out. If you’re desperate, Paulsen might be worth a flier in deeper leagues.
