The Baltimore Ravens came up short in a comeback attempt against the Buffalo Bills, and quarterback Joe Flacco was a big reason the comeback failed. Flacco threw for 347 yards and two touchdowns, but he also threw a career-high five interceptions. The Ravens went extremely pass-heavy, with Flacco attempting 50 passes to the running backs nine carries.

Fantasy impact: The Ravens have a solid run game at their disposal, and yet they still elected to throw the ball 50 times. They trailed 20-7, but they were back in the game midway through the third quarter. There might have been some concern about Ray Rice’s status, but they did still have Bernard Pierce. All in all, it was an odd choice of play-calling.
In Week 5, the Ravens will travel south to face the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have quickly climbed into contention in the AFC East, and provide a stiff challenge for the Ravens. Flacco remains a low end fantasy option, preferably as a bye week fill-in, or in 2 QB leagues.
