The Buffalo Bills held on to defeat the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4, thanks in large part to a heavy dose of the run. C.J. Spiller rushed 23 ties for 77 yards, while Fred Jackson rushed 16 times for 87 yards and a touchdown. Both left at different times, with Jackson suffering a slight MCL sprain, and Spiller suffering an ankle injury.
Fred Jackson edges C.J. Spiller for fantasy football owners
Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller both fought through injuries to produce some solid numbers in Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson came back from the sprain indicating it was not particularly significant. He said he expects to play on Thursday Night Football against the Cleveland Browns. Spiller was not as confident, although he did say he would play if treatment could get him back to 85 or 90 percent.
Fantasy impact: The Bills rushing attack is officially a mess for fantasy owners. Fred Jackson had the better day, and would appear to be the better option for Thursday Night Football. A short week is never good for injured players, so Spiller seems a bit of a tough sell for Thursday. If you have both, plan on starting Jackson. Jackson on his own is a low end RB 2 given the short week and the MCL issue. If Spiller plays, he strikes me as more of a bye week fill-in this week.
