Antonio Gates posts perfect performance for fantasy owners
The Chargers go-to tight end was Mr. Reliable in a Week 4 win over the Cowboys. We discuss the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Even more impressive within the performance by Gates is the fact that he was only targeted 10 times in the game, meaning that he caught every single ball Rivers threw his way.
Anytime you’re starting tight end can put together 100 yards receiving game and find the end zone, that’s a good feeling is a fantasy owner. What should feel even better to owners who drafted Gates prior to the season is that it seems his injury woes are finally behind him.
With his performance against the Cowboys, Gates is now averaging 91 yards receiving per game, which is almost twice as much as his career average.
Gates has no doubt become Rivers' number one receiver this season, particularly because of injury troubles that have been plaguing Malcom Floyd. Fantasy owners can expect Gates's production to remain steady as the Chargers face the lowly Oakland Raiders in Week 5.
