Brady focused his efforts on wide receivers Kenbrell Thompkins and Julian Edelman. Of Brady's 31 pass attempts, 20 were to those two receivers. He targeted Aaron Dobson three times, but the rookie receiver departed in the third quarter with a neck injury.
Fantasy impact: Brady owners are likely breathing a sigh of relief after this performance. The Falcons secondary is weak, but getting the big performance nonetheless is still important. Brady was teetering on the brink for fantasy owners to consider other options. After back-to-back two touchdown performances, Brady is back to being a slightly safer play.
He faces the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 5. It is a tough matchup, but there is a decent chance he has Rob Gronkowski back in the fold. Danny Amendola is still a question mark, but even just having Gronk back would be a huge lift.
