Fantasy football Week 6 projections: Ravens-Buccaneers featuring Steve Smith Sr., Justin Forsett and Vincent Jackson
We break down the Week 6 matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Baltimore Ravens
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have given up the third-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season, so fantasy owners of Steve Smith Sr. better have him in the lineup this week. Smith is coming off of a quiet game against the Indianapolis Colts last week, where he saw just five catches for 34 yards total. There's no need to fret about it, though, considering he was still targeted seven times in the contest and the Colts have a better secondary than that of the Buccaneers. Going into Week 6, Smith could be poised for another 100-yard game. He's definitely a must-start pass catcher, even with the game being on the road.
When the Ravens do run the ball they will be continuing with a system of running back by committee. But if there had to be one running back to choose out of the bunch who might put together a spectacular fantasy performance, it would be Justin Forsett, who ran for 42 yards on just 6 attempts last week and now has touchdowns in two straight contests. He has seen more than 11 carries in a game just once this season, so if you're desperate for a starting running back then he may not be the answer. Nonetheless, he might make a good flex play for fantasy owners who are in deeper leagues, especially considering there's always a chance the Buccaneers give up a lot of points.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Fantasy owners of wide receiver Vincent Jackson have to be smiling going into Week 6. That's because the veteran receiver and former Pro Bowler finally had a breakout game against the New Orleans Saints last week. He caught eight of his 12 targets for 144 yards and, although he didn't find his way into the end zone, he was one of the key reasons the Buccaneers were able to keep the game close. He will no doubt continue to be a deep threat against the Ravens this week, though it remains to be seen if the team can move the ball enough to get him into the end zone.
When the Buccaneers turn to the running game, Doug Martin will be the most likely to make an impact. He was touted as a top-five fantasy draft pick going into last season, but a torn labrum sidelined him for most of the year and since that time it seems that he hasn't been able to find his rhythm. Martin has had trouble in pass protection this season and is one of the worst running backs in the league at gaining yards after contact. Although he could be in for a rough Sunday afternoon, he is indeed the best threat the Buccaneers have on offense outside of Mr. Jackson.
