Fantasy football Week 6 projections: Cowboys-Seahawks featuring Tony Rom, DeMarco Murray and Russell Wilson
We break down the Week 6 matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks.

Dallas Cowboys
Rumor has it that the Cowboys' coaching staff is looking to cut down on the amount of touches running back DeMarco Murray gets moving forward. While that's a good thing in reality for a team looking to make it back to the Super Bowl for the first time since the glory days of the early '90s, it's bad for fantasy owners. Murray is the only running back in the game right now who legitimately deserves consideration for an MVP award. He is averaging 134 yards rushing and a touchdown per game through five contests this season. Those numbers will surely come back down to Earth a little bit, and that trend may start this week against the Seahawks.
If Murray does indeed see his workload cut down a little bit, that could mean good news for fantasy owners of quarterback Tony Romo, who threw for 324 yards and two touchdowns to go with an interception against the Houston Texans last week. After the team lost its opening game of the season, Romo has been relatively solid during the club's current four-game winning streak. He will undoubtedly be in for a difficult time as far as winning in Seattle goes, but that doesn't mean Romo won't put up numbers this week.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks put on quite the show when they faced off against Washington on Monday Night Football in Week 5. Quarterback Russell Wilson played particularly well, rushing for 122 yards and a touchdown on his own improvised scrambling and adding two touchdowns through the air. It seemed that every time Washington had a chance to sack Wilson for a loss, he was able to duck tackles and produce a big-time gain. He'll no doubt have a tougher time against the Cowboys, but he's looking like one of the best players in the game at the moment.
When Wilson isn't scrambling himself, he'll hand the ball off to running back Marshawn Lynch, who although didn't have the rushing yardage total most fantasy owners would have hoped (72), he did haul in five receptions for an additional 45 yards and a touchdown, resulting in a solid fantasy night. He'll be given more of a challenge against the Cowboys, but they don't call him Beast Mode for nothing. Lynch is still a solid starting option for fantasy owners in Week 6.
