Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker will not play against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. This will be his second missed game in three weeks and he remains one of the most injury-plagued quarterbacks in the league.
Jake Locker is inactive and is losing fantasy value
Jake Locker will not play on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

"If you're going to run like a running back, you'll get treated like one," Cleveland Browns linebacker Karlos Dansby said on the Jake Locker hit last week. Locker just can't stay on the field and probably will never play in 16 games in a season.
The Titans will turn to Charlie Whitehurst this week. Luckily, the Jaguars have one of the worst passing defenses in the whole league, so Check Down Charlie might be able to matriculate the ball down the field today.
With Whitehurst under center, running back Bishop Sankey looks like he'll be busy. Short-yardage receiver Kendall Wright could also be busy while tight end Delanie Walker should get a lot of catches, too.
Fantasy impact: Fantasy owners still can’t count on Whitehurst this week, but the aforementioned position guys are worth starting in several cases, especially Walker.
