Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green is likely to miss another week with a toe injury, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. Green sustained the injury in practice last Wednesday and missed the Thursday and Friday sessions prior to being declared inactive for Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers.
A.J. Green to miss another week; fantasy owners can expect him back in Week 8
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green will likely miss Week 7. We break down the fantasy implications.

Obviously, that didn’t go so well for the Bengals, who wound up in a rare 37-37 tie against the Panthers. Having Green active might have made a difference. Whatever the case, Green suggested that it wasn’t likely he’d play in Week 7 on Sunday, and this report essentially confirms that. It’s a tough situation for the Bengals, who have had injuries to Andy Dalton’s targets for much of the season.
Fantasy Impact: Green is obviously one of the best receivers in the league, so this is huge. Unfortunately, fantasy owners probably don't have many options on the Bengals as all of the likely backups have mostly been scooped up earlier in the season, thanks to injuries to Marvin Jones. Dalton did manage to put up 323 yards on Sunday, with Mohamed Sanu grabbing 10 receptions for 120 yards and a touchdown.
