Washington quarterback Robert Griffin III continues to rehab from a dislocated ankle, but the team is still not sure when he will be ready to return. Griffin is expected to take part in individual drills on Wednesday and the team is hoping he will get some practice reps next week.
Robert Griffin III remains without timetable for return, fantasy owners can wait
Washington still doesn’t know when RGIII will be able to return from his dislocated ankle. We break down the fantasy implications.

Head coach Jay Gruden is not giving a definite timetable and prefers to take things one step at a time, per ESPN:
“As far as taking practice reps, that will be at least another week,” Gruden said. “[Wednesday] will be the first step and next week maybe we’ll try to get him in practice situations and see where he is.”
Griffin dislocated his ankle against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2. Kirk Cousins has started all four games for Washington since then.
Fantasy impact: Reading the tea leaves, Griffin is unlikely to practice next week and probably won't make his return until after Washington's Week 10 bye. That leaves at least three more games for Cousins, who is a turnover machine but racks up the yards and has done his part to keep DeSean Jackson and Jordan Reed fantasy-relevant. The Washington offense has a friendly matchup with the Tennessee Titans in Week 7, making Cousins a decent QB2 streamer.
