Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts is 100 percent recovered from his hamstring ailment and is not listed on the injury report this week. He's fully expected to be ready for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.
Cecil Shorts not on injury report, has fantasy value for Week 7
Cecil Shorts’ hamstring woes are finally behind him and he’s not on the injury report this week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Shorts has been dealing with a hamstring issue for several months, missing the first two games of the season and sitting out Week 5 after aggravating it. He came back last week to put up 10 catches for 103 yards against the Tennessee Titans.
Fantasy impact: The nightmare might, at long last, be over. Shorts has always been a talented receiver who can put up WR3 numbers when healthy, and Blake Bortles could certainly use his veteran presence at wideout. He just hasn't been healthy enough for any stretch of time, so you should always have a Plan B in hand if you have Shorts on your roster. For now, he's ready to do battle with Joe Haden and the Browns defense and should be owned in all 12-team leagues.
