Jacksonville Jaguars running back Toby Gerhart missed practice on Thursday, according to Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union. Gerhart has a foot injury and also missed practice on Wednesday. At this point, he's looking unlikely to play in Jacksonville's Week 7 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Jacksonville is 0-6 on the season and ranks dead last in the league in rushing yardage, with 69.5 yards per game on average.
Toby Gerhart misses practice Thursday; fantasy value low
Toby Gerhart missed practice again on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Gerhart leads the team with 48 carries for 123 yards and a touchdown. It's been a disappointing year for him, given that this was his first real shot at being a starting running back. He sustained his injury against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 5, and missed the team's Week 6 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Fantasy Impact: Rookie Storm Johnson got his first real shot as the primary ball-carrier against the Titans and he did not make the most of it. He carried the ball 10 times and picked up just 21 yards and a touchdown. Johnson does have some fantasy potential and he’s as decent a handcuff for Gerhart as you’ll find on the roster, but there are probably better options out there. Gerhart seems unlikely to play in Week 7, either way.
