Eric Ebron misses practice, fantasy status in doubt
Eric Ebron hurt his hamstring in practice and was held out on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Midweek downgrades in practice are almost always a bad sign, so Ebron should be considered doubtful for Detroit's Week 7 game against Washington. The rookie has had his struggles this season, recording just 10 catches for 103 yards and a touchdown in six games. Joseph Fauria is still out with an ankle injury, leaving Brandon Pettigrew as the lone healthy tight end on Detroit's depth chart.
Fantasy impact: Ebron was starting to earn more playing time, so the hamstring injury is an unfortunate setback for his development. Fantasy owners looking for a TE2 streamer to cover for Jimmy Graham will have to look elsewhere this week. Pettigrew is a pure blocker who barely factors into the passing game, but with Calvin Johnson still on the shelf Matthew Stafford might have to look his way. Pettigrew is not a starting option in any league format.
