Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson was held out of practice for the second day in a row on Thursday. He's still expected to play in Detroit's game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, but his ankle injury continues to be problematic.
Calvin Johnson continues to worry fantasy owners with another missed practice
Calvin Johnson missed his second straight practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Johnson was held out of practice last week as well. Despite suiting up, he was limited to a decoy role against the New York Jets, recording just two catches for 12 yards. Johnson says the ankle feels better this week. He has 21 catches for 341 yards and two touchdowns through four games.
Fantasy impact: Johnson is one of those players who you have to start if he's active, no matter how limited he might be. However, expectations should be held in check since the ankle is clearly still bothering him. Look for Golden Tate to soak up more targets after burning the Jets for an 8-116 line last week. Johnson shouldn't be benched, but Tate might be the safer WR3 play for now.
