Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker was a full participant in Thursday's practice. He is fully expected to make his return against the Cleveland Browns in Week 5.
Jake Locker expected to return, still has low fantasy value
Jake Locker got a full practice on Thursday and should make his return in Week 5. We break down the fantasy implications.

Locker suffered a wrist injury in Week 3 and was forced to sit out in last week's game. Charlie Whitehurst got the start and was predictably poor, completing just 52.2 percent of his passes for 177 yards, one touchdown and an interception in a blowout loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
Fantasy impact: Locker is still the Titans' best quarterback, but that's not saying much these days. Through three games, he completed 56.4 percent of his passes for 685 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions, throwing for 6.8 yards per attempt. The Browns have given up 272 passing yards per game so far, ranking 27th in the league, so it's a somewhat friendly matchup, but Locker can't be trusted in fantasy outside of deep two-quarterback leagues. His return should be a boost for the likes of Delanie Walker and Kendall Wright, although Justin Hunter has struggled so badly he's not worth starting right now.
