Detroit Lions receiver Golden Tate was limited in practice on Thursday due to a hamstring issue. He went through practice on Wednesday and didn't seem to be hurt in Week 4 against the New York Jets, finishing with 116 yards and eight catches. His status is unknown for Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills.
Fantasy owners will want to keep an eye on Golden Tate’s hamstring
Golden Tate was limited in practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

He doesn’t have a history of hamstring injuries, so Tate gets the benefit of the doubt for now. The former Seahawk may have suffered the injury in practice on Thursday and the severity of the injury is not yet known.
With Calvin Johnson (ankle) also limited this week, Tate would have likely been a big factor in the passing attack against the Bills. Plus, running back Joique Bell is also expected to miss, which means it will be a pass-heavy attack at home.
Fantasy impact: Fantasy owners have to watch out for his status the rest of the week. If he gets the “all clear” on Friday, he’s a low-end WR2 in PPR leagues and a very strong WR3/FLEX in standard leagues.
