Would you start yourself over Vernon Davis in fantasy football? Larry Donnell did not and it cost him a win in his fantasy league last week. Of course, Donnell is an emerging stud at tight end and caught three touchdowns in a win over Washington, and you, well, did not.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 5: Larry Donnell
Larry Donnell lit it up in Week 4 against Washington. Should his fantasy owners ride the hot streak?

While Week 4 was his coming-out party, Donnell wasn’t exactly a ghost to start the year either. We pegged him as a low-end TE1 last week before the breakout due to his production in Weeks 1-3. Donnell has been targeted at least six times in all four games.
The Giants changed their scheme to the West Coast offense, which obviously is going to help the tight end. Donnell has also been lining up on the outside around the goal line and created some major mismatches.
Fantasy impact: Week 4 was no fluke. Donnell has a chance to be a top-five tight end. He should be starting this week against one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Hopefully he starts himself this week.
