Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas came into Sunday's game with 141 yards and one touchdown in three games -- disappointing numbers for a receiver who was considered one of the top two at the position entering the season. He has silenced a lot of those worries with a monster first half against the Arizona Cardinals.
Demaryius Thomas has huge 1st half for Broncos, fantasy owners
It’d had been a fairly quiet start to the season for the Denver star, but he erupted in the first half Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Thomas has caught five passes on nine targets in Sunday's game, going for 165 yards and two scores. He and quarterback Peyton Manning connected on a 31-yard touchdown partway through the second quarter, then came back with an 86-yarder only six minutes later, putting the Broncos ahead 21-13 at halftime.
Fantasy impact: This officially ends any buy-low opportunities on Thomas. Some fantasy owners might have been willing to dump the somewhat underachieving receiver before Sunday, but he’s shown that any worries were ill-founded, and he’s still one of the top players at the position going forward.
