A lot was expected out of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in Sunday's game. Playing against the woeful Jacksonville Jaguars, it looked like Roethlisberger could be primed for a big game. While the Steelers did win the game, 17-9, Roethlisberger wasn't nearly as dominant as some might have expected.
Ben Roethlisberger disappoints in prime fantasy matchup
The Pittsburgh quarterback didn’t put up big numbers in the win over Jacksonville. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Pittsburgh quarterback threw for 273 yards on 26-of-36 passing in the game, connecting with tight end Michael Palmer on a 1-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter, the only offensive touchdown in the game by either side. It amounted to 14 fantasy points, Roethlisberger's second-fewest point total of the season.
Fantasy impact: Merely playing against Jacksonville isn't reason enough to run every fantasy player out there. Still, Roethlisberger was expected to produce more in a tasty matchup, and the relative quietness of running back Le'Veon Bell and wide receiver Antonio Brown had to disappoint as well.
Roethlisberger still is who he was entering Week 5: a reasonable choice as a QB2, but not someone worth running out there as an every-week starter.
