Atlanta Falcons running back Antone Smith caught a 74-yard touchdown pass against the New York Giants on Sunday, adding one carry for 2 yards and two other catches to give him 83 receiving yards.
Antone Smith’s big play makes his fantasy day; Steven Jackson scores
Antone Smith had another big touchdown. We break down the fantasy implications.

When it comes to big plays, Smith is among the first to come to mind. He has three other scores and all of them were for at least 38 yards. Running back Steven Jackson didn't have too ugly of a game on the stat sheet with 37 yards and one touchdown, but he needed 13 carries to do it. His yards per carry average has dropped in every game this season and perhaps the 31-year-old back is starting to run out of gas.
Fantasy impact: Smith obviously needs a few things to happen, but his big-play ability cannot be ignored. He's more of a stash in deeper leagues because the Falcons simply do not have a strong enough offensive line to carry a stud fantasy running back. Devonta Freeman also had garbage time get him to 38 rushing yards and 44 receiving yards.
